Return Policy
Overview
PiecesByXK would want your needs to be satisfied with every order. Nonetheless, If you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to assist with returns and exchanges (where applicable).
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them.
Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Return Timeframe
Local (Jamaica):
Returns must be made within 2 days of purchase.
Items tried on in-store are not eligible for return or exchange.
International (outside Jamaica):
Returns must be requested within 3 days of purchase.
Exchanges are not available for international orders.
Proof of Purchase
A receipt or order number is required for all returns.
Store Credit Only
Refunds are not offered.
Once your return is received, approved, and processed, store credit will be issued via email.
Store credit can be used toward future purchases.
Processing time: 2 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Sale items
Gift cards
Jewelry
Intimate apparel (underwear, swimwear)
White clothing
Worn items
Items with scents, stains, or deodorant marks
Final sale/clearance items
Items purchased with a coupon or discount code
Exchanges (Local Jamaica Only)
Size Exchanges:
Email us at sales@piecesbyxk.com to request a size exchange within the allowed timeframe.
If the desired size is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Defective or Damaged Items:
We will replace items that are defective or damaged.
If the issue is our fault (defect, damage, or wrong item sent), all shipping costs will be covered by us.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The return address will be provided via email during correspondence.
