Shipping Policy
Please review our Shipping Policy carefully so you understand how and when your order will be shipped.
Processing Time
Order Handling:
All orders are prepared and processed within 1–2 business days (not including weekends or public holidays) after your order confirmation email is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a separate email with the shipping details.
Please note: Processing time is different from the actual shipping time.
Possible Delays:
During peak seasons, such as holidays or major sales, processing times may be extended. We thank you for your understanding during these busy periods.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
Domestic Shipping (Jamaica)
1. Kingston & Surrounding Areas
We offer local delivery for customers located in and around Kingston.
Delivery fees vary depending on your exact location and are completed by our bearers.
Please ensure that your contact details are accurate to prevent any delays.
Estimated cost range: 500–1500 JMD / 4–10 USD
2. Deliveries Outside Kingston
For customers across the other 13 parishes, we ship using:
• Knutsford Express
• Zipmail (local post office)
Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days. A bearer drop-off fee of 500 JMD applies for either shipping method selected.
International Shipping
We provide international standard shipping to the United States and selected Caribbean territories through DHL.
Shipping fees will be shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Prices start at 35 USD.
Order Tracking
Once your package has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You may use this number on the carrier’s website to monitor your shipment.
Shipping Limitations
• P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes. A physical delivery address is required.
• Supported Countries: We do not deliver to every country. Please enter your location during checkout to confirm availability.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
Depending on your country’s regulations, your package may incur customs fees, taxes, or VAT once it arrives at its destination.
These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are unable to cover or reimburse these fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Packages Marked Lost:
If your order goes missing while in transit, contact us at sales@piecesbyxk.com and we will help you submit a claim with the shipping carrier.
Packages Received Damaged:
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out immediately at sales@piecesbyxk.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
Each case is reviewed individually, and we will do our best to arrive at a fair solution.
